calvynandhobbs 21 Report post Posted October 14, 2017 OFR looked like the downhill side, but with all the leaves it's hard to tell. Where is the cave? That is really cool
sjsst41 3 Report post Posted October 14, 2017 Yes - started OFR from the Savoy campground end, only went a partial distance (ran out of light & had planned to get back to the campsite to setup and head out to dinner in North Adams) the caves are in the Dorset VT area. Took some time to find them.

CJKarl 65 Report post Posted October 15, 2017 (edited) Dorset area is full of them. Right now they have the largest underground stone quarry in the world and largest underground stone fabrication set up in the world. Danby marble is world famous. It's used for all the monuments at Arlington, building cladding and stone tile. https://www.google.com/search?q=Danby+quarry&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwjEubGkp_LWAhXDeSYKHf4uB0cQ_AUICygC&biw=1280&bih=612 Edited October 15, 2017 by CJKarl

I right clicked the image, clicked "save image as", uploaded it to my flicker account then copied and pasted the img code. I have a few photos on my google account. When looking at them for the "share" code, I only see a "link" to post (what you posted in the first post). Edited October 16, 2017 by jeeping1974
