1. For the angles look at Stus site. He gives them all. 

2. The brake lines, get 2 of the stock 8.8 passenger side brake lines(Autozone 78738). Then get some brake line from autzone 3/16" X 18" & 60" and run em to your 'T' 

3. Get a ZJ combo valve from the dealer(Mopar 52009061AB). They are setup for 4 wheel disk brakes.
