NEOW.net (NEOW) wishes it to be known that NEOW is not a 4x4 Club, or an Association of Clubs, nor does NEOW wish to be known as one.
Rather, NEOW is more a gathering place on the internet for 4x4 enthusiasts from in and around the Northeastern United States. Of our many members there are officers and members of several New England Clubs.
It is NEOW’s intention to promote responsible recreation and to highly recommend individuals not associated with an organized club to join one.
